After supplying furniture and a full interior design service for Rogallo Place (Optivo’s previous development), Pineapple were selected to provide the same for Atlas Place, their new Extra Care development located on St Mary’s Island in Kent.
The client benefited from our full interior design package, starting with mood boards -which helped residents to give their input at an early stage- right through to the furniture which was carefully co-ordinated with curtains, accent upholstery, artwork and fixtures to create a real “home-from-home” for residents.
Modular Orr corner sofas in one lounge provide a hub for social interaction, complemented by Smile chairs which provide support through their high back design and subtle wings.
Elsewhere, Eclipse chairs and Osprey sofas were upholstered in a combination of tactile fabric on arms and durable, water-resistant vinyl on seat cushions which strike a balance between comfort for residents and practicality for staff.
