General Tips
- Please remember fluids can penetrate stitching and zips.
- Comfort is subjective and something we cannot account for. Please ask for samples to check if the furniture is suitable for you before purchasing.
- Loose covers can shrink slightly after the first wash. If this becomes a problem, adjustments can be made to the Velcro fixings.
- Wardrobe doors can appear to be misaligned when new. Please fill the wardrobe and move it into position before checking. If the problem persists, make adjustments by using a wedge under one side.

Upholstered Furniture
Vinyl & waterproof fabrics
- Should be dusted and wiped clean with a damp cloth regularly.
- Microfibre cloths with warm water will remove most stains.
- For extreme soiling use 5% hypochlorite solution (e.g. Chlor-Clean or Haz-Tabs).
- Solvents including alcohol-based cleaners must not be used as they will cause damage.
- Kitchen cleaners, abrasives, aerosol cleaners and polishes must not be used.
- Cracking and stickiness on vinyl fabrics are known issues to fabric manufacturers. As furniture manufacturers, Pineapple Contracts cannot accept responsibility.

- Avoid the use of biological or phenolic-based cleaners.
- All cleaning agents and disinfectants must be thoroughly rinsed off and the cover dried before storage or re-use.
